The Be Center is a place for parents. We have created a powerful and meaningful approach that we believe goes beyond traditional thinking and helping when facing challenges as a parent of a love one who is struggling with mental health. Our six core components helps parents begin to feel empowered and supported when facing the challenges of mental health issues in the home. We use an evidence-based approach and DBT principles to help you identify and target key areas to reduce conflict, increase coping, and improve your family relationships. We help parents beyond skill learning and into practical application with the support of a parent coach along the way. Your parent coach will work with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and create concrete action steps to support YOU as your family begins to heal.
