Parent Individual Therapy
-
Many parents require support beyond parent coaching. It is essential for individuals to have a space where they can feel acknowledged, understood, and supported. Through individual therapy sessions, we will collaborate with you to empower you, and equipping you with the necessary tools to manage life's challenges effectively. These issues can range from: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Emotional Regulation and more. Registration details can be found below.
Family Therapy
-
Family dynamics can be difficult and challenging to overcome. Stress, mental health, and communication issues can all contribute to family members feeling alone, disconnected from each other, and unsure of how to reconnect. In our clinical experience, family therapy works best when parents have been provided skills and feel supported. This is why we start with parent coaching sessions before starting family therapy. When possible we will collaborate with your child's provider to find a joint approach. We believe that people can only begin family work when they are supported and have addressed their own emotional distress.
Parent Couple’s Therapy
-
Parenting is difficult, especially when you are parenting a child who has their own emotional and behavioral issues. These issues can often cause tension in parent couples. We all have our own history, emotions, and ideas on how to approach parenting challenges. Sometimes these differences and the stress of parenting can cause couples to struggle in communication and connection with each other. We work with parent couples to bridge the gap of conflict, create new ways to communicate, and reconnect again. Couples need support too. Registration details are provided below.
